(1) Resin

(2) Pigments
Pigment is the primary work content of anti-corrosion and antirust water-based paint in industry. Its raw materials can directly determine whether the functional design of paint needs to be excellent. It is necessary to develop pigments that have excellent anti-rust property, anti-foaming property of coating film and corrosion resistance of steel plate under the film. (3) Filler
It is useful to obtain fillers in cost control. When sheet-like filler materials are arranged parallel to the substrate, the industrial paint resistance, rust resistance and other characteristics based on water corrosion protection will be greatly improved.
(4) Proper face to base ratio
A reasonable ratio of color to base can make the coating film more fine and dense, prevent water molecules and oxygen molecules from passing through the coating film to reach a metal material surface and react, and produce reaction gas bubbles and rust, so as to damage the adhesion of the coating and reduce the salt fog resistance function. Therefore, students' good functional design of blocking the middle air and water can continuously improve the function of the paint.
